Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
Ginnung and related services operated under
grab.technology, ginnung.tech, and
lite-step.org (collectively, the "Service"). By using the
Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
By using this service you agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide, including any uploaded files, project parameters, and instructions you submit to the AI assistant.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for any activity performed under your account.
- You will not use the Service to violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or transmit unlawful or harmful content.
Your data
- You retain ownership of project data and uploads you submit. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
- We process your data to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also describes the cookies the Service requires to keep you signed in.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the deletion process and timeline.
Service availability and warranties
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation. Outputs generated by the AI assistant are advisory and require your professional judgment before being relied upon for decisions.
Acceptable use
- You will not attempt to interfere with the Service's security or reverse-engineer its components.
- You will not submit data you do not have the right to share.
- You will not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to direct damages and capped at the fees you have paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email; continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
